The Pilates Rosary Workout program has been carefully developed to help you improve your muscle tone, mobility, posture and overall strength while reflecting on the mysteries of the rosary with each exercise. This low-impact program comes with 20 different & unique rosary workouts that progress you from simply body-weight exercises to workouts that incorporate strength sliders, resistance bands, and a door-track system to help you maximize your results. Pilates helps you focus on your breath throughout each movement, which also helps you enter into the prayer more deeply. This program can be done over the course of 20-days, or 5-weeks, or more, and repeated as often as desired, allowing you to see how much stronger you are getting – both physically AND spiritually!
