These lifting rosary workouts give you MORE in the same amount of time! Both in terms of more ways to reflect on each mystery of the rosary with your whole body, and with how much strength work you will do in each decade. This new format will challenging & push you, but modifications are shown for each exercise. You will do two Hail Mary’s with the first exercise, then one Hail Mary with a bonus exercise, and rest on the fourth Hail Mary. We’ll repeat that for three sets (which equals 12, right?!) — but the final bonus exercise will be done during the Glory Be prayer, and the final rest will happen during the Fatima prayer. Grab some light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, and get ready for a wonderful, prayerful workout!
