This E(H)MO(H)M style of workout stands for Every Hail Mary on the Hail Mary, and it will challenge you with short bursts of effort through each prayer! Every Hail Mary, you’ll do a few reps (3-5 normally) of an exercise that connects to that mystery of the rosary, and then rest through the rest of the prayer — and then begin again at the start of the next Hail Mary. This series includes Body Weight, Cardio, Lifting, and Power Loops styles of exercises in this format.
