  • E(H)MO(H)M Rosary Workouts

    This E(H)MO(H)M style of workout stands for Every Hail Mary on the Hail Mary, and it will challenge you with short bursts of effort through each prayer! Every Hail Mary, you’ll do a few reps (3-5 normally) of an exercise that connects to that mystery of the rosary, and then rest through the rest of the prayer — and then begin again at the start of the next Hail Mary. This series includes Body Weight, Cardio, Lifting, and Power Loops styles of exercises in this format.

  • Lifting PLUS Rosary Workouts

    These lifting rosary workouts give you MORE in the same amount of time! Both in terms of more ways to reflect on each mystery of the rosary with your whole body, and with how much strength work you will do in each decade. This new format will challenging & push you, but modifications are shown for each exercise. You will do two Hail Mary’s with the first exercise, then one Hail Mary with a bonus exercise, and rest on the fourth Hail Mary. We’ll repeat that for three sets (which equals 12, right?!) — but the final bonus exercise will be done during the Glory Be prayer, and the final rest will happen during the Fatima prayer. Grab some light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, and get ready for a wonderful, prayerful workout!

  • Cardio & Core Rosary Workouts

    These rosary workouts give you non-stop conditioning as you pray through each mystery! Each decade has two exercises – a cardio one, and a core one, which you alternate back and forth with (2 Hail Mary’s of each) until you get to all 10 Hail Mary’s. There are different forms of cardio as well: regular HIIT, cordless jump roping, cardio dance, and low impact cardio.

  • Pilates + Resistance Bands Rosary Workouts

    These Pilates based workouts require just your body & a resistance band! Always check your resistance bands for tears before using them to make sure they are safe. These workouts often have you wrap the resistance band around the arch of your feet, so you may also want to wear shoes for them.
